Do You Believe in Death?

????

Spiritually speaking, no one can ever die. It is not possible, as on the most basic level, we are energy and energy is not capable of dying. Within the principle of life, there can be no death. We know we will die a physical death at some point, and we know it is not the end of our selves. Physical death is a transition during which we exchange our physical energy form for another form of energy. However, we may die while we are physically still alive if we are not choosing to live fully in every moment. Often if we want to avoid death, we may also avoid truly living. We may die energetically and psychologically long before we die physically.Or we may choose to allow parts of ourselves to die, as stated in Jungian psychology, in order that our greater selves may live.

Re-sentment

Re-sentment

First we must decide that we are ready and willing to change. We often get to this point by realizing that our current way isn’t working, or the inner ache to become more breaks us up so that we shift into more. We must then accept that our parents, grandparents, and guardians did the best…
