Embracing the Dark

Embracing the Dark

Often many of us search for answers from ancient stories and storytelling. When we refer to any new creation that is to birth within our own consciousness there is light and there is darkness. There is the part of ourselves that believes our new to be true and there is the part of ourselves which questions our possibilities. There has always been the space of light and the space of darkness or shadows. As Deborah King would state we are making deals with the dark all day, every day as we are making choices. Do I eat a granola bar or protein for breakfast? Do I give up my sugar free program and call it quits? Do I go to the gym or skip it? Do I confront my friend with my feelings or do I stuff them? All of these are spiritual choices which affect the level of our vibrations and consciousness. On this plane of free will, everything counts. Each decision in everyday life either raises you up energetically or lowers your vibration.

Who Knows Best?

Who Knows Best?

Paradoxical Times

Paradoxical Times

We are walking our path in paradoxical times. We hear that the world is waking up, yet we read every day that another life or many lives have been taken by senseless tragedies. We evolve with technology yet ponder how to stay connected. We have prepackaged foods yet struggle to take care of ourselves. We…
