Longings, Dreams and Possibilities

Since life does not go backward, we wake up and get in touch with the possibilities of how we can begin to honor who we really are right now. We pull out the list in our shielded and protected heart and allow the memories to resurface of the individuals we longed to be when we used to play on the playground.

In other words, we have our own christening ceremony and call forth the true dreams and ideals we once longed for, and in some small or significant way we begin to apply these longings—we put our whole selves in. We hold on to the feelings of what it will be like when we become the energy we are dreaming of. Once this declaration is in motion, life begins to change. New energies of possibilities appear. The heart begins to open and feel. We begin to heal through what we turn toward, not what we have been turning away from.
