Spiritual Duality

Spiritual Duality

Spiritual duality is the belief in two opposing powers, good and evil—rather than one. In Unity,we believe there is only one presence and power in the universe, God the good, the omnipotent. The belief in any other power is a false belief of separation, and as expressions of God, we can never be separate from our source.

We connect to God through prayer and meditation, and begin to live each day to see the good in all things. We look beyond appearances and know the presence of God is in all things, conditions and circumstances. When we affirm the presence of God is in all things, we not only discover it but learn to expect it.This concept, though easy to understand, requires commitment and dedication for us to embody it as common practice.
